1. Product characteristics.
There are special silicone resin, various high temperature resistant face fillers, special additives, can be long-term resistance to 200 ℃ ~ 600 ℃ high temperature, and has excellent anti-corrosion properties.
2. Usage instructions.
(1) Uses.
It is widely used for steel surface working under 200℃～600℃. The paint has room temperature drying high temperature resistance, excellent mechanical properties.
Construction requirements.
Thickness of paint film  Primer: Wet film 50μm  Dry film 20μm
                                                  Top coat: Wet film 50μm  Dry film 20μm
Surface treatment: The coated steel surface must be thoroughly cleared of oil, oxidation, rust, old coating, etc. It can be shot or sandblasted to achieve Swedish rust removal standard sa2.5 grade with roughness of 30~70μm; or manual rust removal method can be used to achieve Swedish rust removal standard ST3 grade with roughness of 30~70μm.
 Construction conditions: ambient temperature: 2℃～40℃, relative humidity: 25%～75%
3. Caution.
Storage period is one year.
