1. Product characteristics.
Refined with fluorocarbon resin as the base material, adding various weathering and corrosion resistant pigments, additives, anti-sink additives, leveling additives and solvents, etc. It has long weather resistance, excellent light retention, color retention, acid resistance, oil resistance, salt spray resistance, strong anti-pollution, and strong adhesion, dense coating film, good freeze-thaw resistance, and good decorative properties.
2. Usage instructions.
(1) Uses.
Widely used in outdoor steel structures, aluminum composite panels, petroleum, chemical plant pipelines, equipment storage tanks, highway guardrails, high-grade buildings and other anti-corrosion and decoration.
(2) Construction requirements.
Recommended number of coats: spraying two, dry film 60-80μm. two primers, two or three topcoats for general environment, special environment can increase the number of coating.
Pre-painting: epoxy zinc rich primer, epoxy iron intermediate paint.
Surface treatment: sandblasting or manual rust removal Sa2.5 or St3 level on the painted surface. The previous paint should be completely dry to remove all oil and debris from the paint film.
Construction conditions: The temperature of the substrate should be higher than the dew point temperature by more than 3℃. Relative humidity should not be greater than 85%.
The two components should be proportionally mixed, stirred well for 20-30 minutes and then stirred again before use.
3. Caution.
The paint should be used up within 8h to avoid waste of gelation. The construction temperature should be above 0℃, avoid construction under the hot sun, sandy wind and rainy days. The last top coat should be maintained for 7~15 days after painting before use. Storage period is one year.
