1. Product characteristics.
The paint is made of epoxy resin, coal coke asphalt, anti-rust pigment, filler, plasticizer adjustment, use in accordance with the proportion of epoxy curing agent. The paint has good adhesion, toughness, chemical medium resistance, excellent corrosion resistance, waterproof performance, and long service life.
2. Usage instructions.
(1) Uses.
The paint can be used in industrial and mining enterprises, steel structures, underground pipelines, ports, docks, above-ground pipeline anti-corrosion.
(2) Construction requirements.
Suggested number of coats: airless spraying one, dry film 60-80μm, brushing or roller coating 2-3 coats.
Pre-painting: epoxy coal asphalt primer.
Surface treatment: the previous paint should be completely dry, remove all the oil and debris on the paint film.
Construction conditions: The temperature of the substrate should be higher than the dew point temperature by more than 3℃. When the outdoor construction temperature is lower than 0℃, the reaction of epoxy and curing agent will stop, so it is not suitable for construction. Relative humidity is not more than 85%.
3. Caution.
Storage period is one year.
