1. Product characteristics.
The paint is made of perchloroethylene resin, alkyd resin, anti-rust pigment, plasticizer and organic solvent.
This paint is fast drying and has excellent corrosion and moisture resistance, such as: industrial atmosphere, acid, alkali, salt, seawater, etc.
2. Usage instructions.
(1) Uses.
The paint can be used for a variety of chemical machinery, pipelines, equipment, construction and other metal surfaces to play a role in anti-corrosion.
(2) Construction requirements.
Suggested number of coats: two coats, dry film 60-80μm.
Post-coating paint: various colors of perchloroethylene top coat
Surface treatment: The surface to be coated must be clean and dry, no grease, no rust spots, no dust.
Construction conditions: The temperature of the substrate must be more than 3℃ above the dew point temperature. Relative humidity shall not be greater than 70%.
3. Caution.
If the relative humidity of the construction site is greater than 70%, add an appropriate amount of perchloroethylene paint moisture-proofing agent to prevent the paint film from turning white. Ventilation and fire prevention measures should be taken during the painting operation. Storage period is one year.
