Various Colors of Amino Drying Magnetic Paint

1. Product characteristics.
It is modulated by short oil alkyd resin, amino resin, weathering pigment and organic solvent.
2. Usage instructions.
(1) Use.
Used for light industry products, mechanical and electrical, instruments, meters, toys and other metal surfaces, as a color opaque decorative protective coating.
(2) Construction requirements.
Suggested number of coats: one air spray, dry film 20-30um.
Pre-painting: various colors of amino drying primer, phosphate primer, iron red, zinc yellow epoxy ester primer
After the matching paint: amino drying varnish
Surface treatment: water, grease, dust, should be removed from the surface of the object to be coated.
Construction conditions: relative humidity of not more than 85%.
3. Caution.
Construction, dilute with the specified thinner to the standard spraying viscosity of No. 4 Ford Cup 16+2 seconds. After spraying, placed at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes, so that the solvent in the paint film evaporates, in accordance with the prescribed temperature and time baking. Avoid the presence of carbon monoxide and other dirty gases in the baking room. Ventilation and fire prevention measures should be taken during the painting operation. Storage period is one year.
