Amino Drying Varnish

1. Product characteristics.
It is modulated by short oil alkyd resin, amino resin and organic solvent.
2. Usage instructions.
(1) Use.
Used for metal surface coated with various colors of amino drying varnish cover light.
(2) Construction requirements.
Suggested painting count: one air spraying, dry film 20-30um.
Pre-painting: Various colors of amino drying enamel.
Surface treatment: Water, grease, dust, should be removed from the surface of the object to be painted.
Construction condition: relative humidity not more than 85%.
3. Caution.
During construction, dilute with the specified thinner to the standard spraying viscosity of No. 4 Ford Cup 16+2 seconds.
After spraying, placed at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes, so that the solvent in the paint film evaporates, in accordance with the prescribed temperature and time baking.
Avoid the presence of carbon monoxide and other dirty gases in the baking room. Ventilation and fire prevention measures should be taken during the painting operation. Storage period is one year.
