Various Colors of Chlorinated Cubber Top Coat

1. Product characteristics.
The paint is adjusted by chlorinated rubber, titanium dioxide, coloring pigment, plasticizer and solvent. The paint has fast drying, flat and bright, good anti-corrosion performance, can be constructed at a lower temperature, and has good resistance to humidity and salt spray.
2. Using instructions.
(1) Uses.
For the protection of the surface of ships, bridges, port facilities, chemical equipment, etc.
(2) Construction requirements.
Recommended number of coats: two coats, dry film 60-80μm.
Pre-painting: Chlorinated rubber intermediate paint, chlorinated rubber primer. Epoxy zinc rich primer epoxy cloud iron intermediate paint.
Surface treatment: The previous paint should be completely dry and all the oil and debris on the paint film should be removed.
Construction conditions: The temperature of the substrate should be higher than the dew point temperature by more than 3℃. Relative humidity is not more than 85%.
3. Caution.
Ventilation, fire prevention and other measures should be done during painting operation. Storage period is one year.
