Chlorinated Rubber Iron Red Primer

1. Product characteristics.
The paint is adjusted by chlorinated rubber, iron oxide red, anti-rust pigment and solvent. The paint dries quickly, tough coating film, water-resistant, weather-resistant, easy to construct.
2. Usage instructions.
(1) Uses.
Used in ships, bridges, storage tanks, power plants and chemical plants and other steel structures and facilities to prevent rust and corrosion primer.
(2) Construction requirements.
Recommended number of coats: two coats, dry film 60-80μm.
The latter supporting paint: chlorinated rubber intermediate paint, chlorinated rubber top coat.
Surface treatment: steel with oxide skin: sandblast to Sa2.5 level, steel without oxide skin: sandblast to Sa2.5 level or sanding to St3 level with elastic sanding wheel, steel with workshop primer: paint film damage and rust at the second rust removal, sanding to St3 level with elastic sanding wheel.
Construction conditions: The temperature of the substrate must be higher than the dew point temperature by more than 3℃. Relative humidity not more than 85%.
3. Caution.
Ventilation, fire prevention and other measures should be done during painting operation. Storage period is one year.
