Acrylic Iron Red Primer

1. Product characteristics.
The paint is modulated by methacrylic acid and its fat copolymer resin, pigment, active antirust pigment, auxiliaries and organic solvent, etc. It has the characteristics of fast drying, flat and smooth, not easy to chalking and cracking, and has good adhesion and good constructability.
2. Usage instructions.
(1) Uses.
It is used for anti-rust coating on the surface of machines, equipment and various traffic vehicles that cannot be baked.
(2) Construction requirements.
Recommended number of coats: two coats, dry film 60-80μm.
Post-coating paint: Acrylic topcoat of various colors
Surface treatment: For new steel structure surface or steel structure maintenance of general anti-corrosion project, manual rust removal or manual mechanical rust removal standard St2 or St3 grade can be used. The surface of the substrate after pickling and passivation should be neutral, and the primer should be applied within 12 hours after rust removal to avoid secondary rusting.
Construction conditions: The temperature of the substrate shall be higher than the dew point temperature by more than 3℃. Relative humidity should not be more than 85%.
3. Caution.
Ventilation, fire prevention and other measures should be done during painting operation. Storage period is one year.
