Colored amino baking primer

 

1. Product features:

 

It is made of short oil alkyd resin, amino resin, pigment, antirust pigment and organic solvent.

 

2. Instructions:

 

(1) Purpose:

 

First primer for vehicles, agricultural machinery, electrochemical products, iron furniture and general tools.

 

(2) Construction requirements:

 

Recommended number of coating lines: one air spray, dry film 20-30um.

 

After the matching paint: color amino baking finish.

 

Surface treatment: moisture, grease, dust and rust on the surface of the coating should be removed.

 

Construction conditions: relative humidity is not more than 85%.

 

3. Precautions:

 

During construction, use specified diluent to dilute 4 Forte cup 16+2 seconds for standard spray viscosity. After spraying, it is placed at room temperature for 10 ~ 15 minutes to make the solvent in the paint film evaporate, and then bake according to the specified temperature and time. Ventilation, fire prevention and other measures should be taken when painting. The storage period is one year.
