Colored high grade acrylic polyurethane topcoat (double)

 

1. Product features:

 

It is a two-component packing-type coating prepared by imported hydroxyl acrylic resin, aliphatic curing agent, weather-resistant pigment, additives, solvents, etc. The paint film is bright in color, bright and plump, tough and wear-resistant, heat and water resistant, and has good "three-proof" performance and high weather resistance.

 

2. Instructions:

 

(1) Purpose:

 

It is mainly used for exterior coating of various vehicles, elevators and high-grade industrial products, and for high-grade aviation marking paint.

 

Construction requirements:

 

Suggest number of coating lines: spray two lines, dry film 60-80um, brush or roll coating need to be painted 2-3 lines.

 

Paint: epoxy zinc-rich primer, epoxy iron cloud intermediate, or other two-component epoxy antirust paint, etc.

 

Surface treatment: the previous paint should be completely dry, in addition to all the paint film on the oil and debris

 

Construction conditions: substrate temperature must be above 3℃ higher than the dew point temperature. Relative humidity is not greater than 85%.

 

3. Precautions:

 

Store paint for a year, curing agent for half a year.
