Water-Based Construction Primer with Rust

1. Product characteristics.
Water as diluent, safe and environmentally friendly, non-toxic, tasteless, non-polluting, non-flammable and non-explosive, fire resistant, high temperature resistant, corrosion resistant, salt water resistant, strong adhesion, good matching, strong adhesion of the coating film to the metal substrate, enhance the adhesion of the upper layer of the coating film.
2. Usage instructions.
(1) Uses.
 Mainly used for the protection of steel structure surface that can not be effectively shot, sandblasted, sanding treatment, the coating film can generate black paint film on the surface of the steel without pretreatment, the substrate is effectively closed.
(2) Construction requirements.
The surface of the painted object is required to be free from oil stains, and the surface is free from loose accumulation of soil and rust.
Relative humidity should be less than 85%, the construction surface temperature is greater than 10 ℃ and greater than the dew point temperature of 3 ℃.
3. Caution.
Storage 0-40 ℃, non-dangerous goods transport.
