QLU-3036 Heavy anti-corrosion epoxy self-flow plane coating

1. Product characteristics.
QLU-3121 adopts imported 828 resin or 128 resin, high quality solvent, BYK (Bick) additives, American gas company curing agent and other raw materials, refined through advanced technology, is a low-viscosity two-component material. Epoxy coating has a series of excellent characteristics: such as high mechanical abrasion resistance and adhesion, excellent chemical resistance, resistant to acid, alkali, salt liquid and petroleum products.
2. Usage instructions.
(1) Uses.
Suitable for light industrial plants, offices, food factories, anti-mold, shopping centers can show the color of the substrate. Particularly suitable for color epoxy floor covering light.
(2) Construction requirements.
Mixing: Pour A / B into the mixing barrel according to the proportion and mix well.
Construction methods
1) Base coat: use QLU1023 or QLU3001 epoxy base coat to achieve uniform film formation.
2) Middle coating: use QLU3078 epoxy middle coating, mix with quartz powder to the required thickness.
3) surface coating: QLU3066 epoxy self-leveling mixture scraped on the closed medium coating, with special scraping knife with teeth (Note: must be back to the knife).
4) Transparent epoxy cover light flat coating ( Note: can QLU3023 or QLU3068 surface construction ).
Reference dosage: 0.1-0.2kg/m 2
Construction conditions: water content should be less than 8%, relative humidity less than 55%, and construction should be avoided on rainy days or when the relative humidity is higher than 85%, or when the temperature is below 10℃.
