Resistant to heavy pressure epoxy mortar type floor

 

1. Product features:

2. Instructions:

 

(1) Purpose:

 

It is suitable for the work places that require wear-resistant damage, impact resistance and corrosion resistance to the environment, such as garage, wharf, loading workshop, printing house, machinery factory, chemical plant, etc. Especially need to bear all kinds of forklift, heavy vehicles of the floor.

 

(2) Construction requirements:

 

Base surface treatment: according to the base surface condition to do a good job of grinding, repair, dustproof;

 

Epoxy Primer: Use a permeable and adhesion epoxy primer to roll together to enhance surface adhesion;

 

Epoxy medium paint: add the epoxy resin to the right amount of quartz sand, and use the drag mortar machine to evenly flatten the anaerobic mortar on the ground and then use the polishing machine to flatten it

 

Epoxy putty: according to the actual needs of the construction of several, the requirements to achieve smooth without holes, no batch knife printing and sanding printing shall be subject to;

 

Epoxy topcoat: application of epoxy topcoat;

 

Construction completion: 24 hours rear can be on. 72 hours after the heavy pressure, (25℃ as the standard, low temperature opening time should be moderately extended).

 

3. Precautions:

 

Sealed storage: in a cool and ventilated place, moisture-proof, sunscreen.

This product is a chemical. If swallowed, it is harmful or fatal. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately. If it splashes into eyes, flush with plenty of water, and seek medical advice immediately in serious cases. Precautions should be taken to prevent fire and explosion. Residues should be handled in compliance with safety regulations of relevant national or local governments.
