Solvent-free epoxy self-leveling flooring

1. Product features.
Highly resistant to abrasion, good scratch resistance; strong impact resistance, resistant to chemicals; solvent-free throughout the system, large area seamless construction, more than 2 mm at a time, high construction efficiency; long service life of the system, easy maintenance of the top coat, not easy to blister; dust-proof, moisture-proof, anti-bacteria, easy to clean, environmentally friendly.
2. Usage instructions.
(1) Uses.
Suitable for the environment requires wear damage, scratch resistance, but also has a good decorative effect of industrial places. Especially suitable for bathroom, food industry, laboratory, exhibition hall, warehouse, load workshop, machinery factory, etc.
(2) Construction requirements.     
Base surface treatment:  according to the condition of the ground to do the preparatory work of grinding, repair, dust control or scraping.
Epoxy primer: Adopt the epoxy primer with strong permeability and adhesion and roll it once to enhance the surface adhesion.
Epoxy medium paint: add epoxy resin to the right amount of quartz sand, and use a mortar machine to evenly spread the oxygen-free mortar on the ground and then use a smoothing machine to flatten it.
Epoxy putty: control the number of times of construction according to the actual needs of construction, and require to achieve flatness without holes, without batch knife marks and sanding marks.
Epoxy top coat: construction of epoxy top coat.
Construction completed: 24 hours before stepping. 72 hours before re-pressing, ( the temperature is 25℃ as the standard, low temperature open time should be moderately extended).
3. Caution.
Sealed storage: in a cool and ventilated place, moisture-proof and sun-proof.
Notes.
 This product is a chemical, swallowing is harmful or fatal, if swallowed should immediately seek medical advice. If splashed in the eyes accidentally, flush with plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately in serious cases. Pay attention to take precautionary measures, fire and explosion prevention, and the disposal of residues should comply with the safety regulations of relevant countries or local governments.
