Anti-static epoxy self-leveling flooring

1. Product features.
The system is made into an anti-static coating; the anti-static effect is long-lasting; resistant to chemicals and abrasion; dust-proof, moisture-proof and easy to clean.
2. Usage instructions.
(1) Uses.
Suitable for precision electronics, communications, IT industry, military, biological engineering, and other workplaces requiring antistatic.
(2) Construction requirements.     
Base surface treatment: according to the condition of the plain ground grinding, repair, dust coating.
Anti-static primer:  use  permeability and adhesion of anti-static primer rolled once to enhance surface adhesion.
Copper foil laying: conductive copper foil is laid in a well type to effectively eliminate the accumulated static electricity and to do grounding treatment.
Anti-static middle coating: anti-static middle coating will be epoxy resin with appropriate amount of quartz sand, trowel it evenly coated one to two times.
Anti-static putty: Anti-static putty is applied as many times as necessary to achieve a smooth surface with no holes, no knife marks or sanding marks.
Anti-static top coat: anti-static self-leveling troweled surface or sprayed surface two, the volume / surface resistance of the average value
105Ω-109Ω after the completion of the use of the overall ground bright and clean, uniform color, no hollow drum.
Construction completed: 24 hours before stepping. 72 hours before re-pressing, ( the temperature is 25℃ as the standard, low temperature open time should be moderately extended).
3. Caution.
Sealed storage: in a cool and ventilated place, moisture-proof and sun-proof.
Notes.
 This product is a chemical, swallowing is harmful or fatal, if swallowed should immediately seek medical advice. If splashed in the eyes accidentally, flush with plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately in serious cases. Pay attention to take precautionary measures, fire and explosion prevention, and the disposal of residues should comply with the safety regulations of relevant countries or local governments.
